What Happens On Your First Session?
Step 1: Conversation - We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what affects your daily life, and what you'd like to change.
Step 2: Assessment - Autumn will look at relevant movement, function, mobility, and other factors influencing your symptoms.
Step 3: Treatment - Your first session may incorporate hands-on work, movement, therapeutic modalities, or other appropriate approaches.
Step 4: A plan forward - You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what Autumn recommends and what the next steps may look like.
