About Autumn

Care built around the whole person.

Autumn Bay, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist whose approach brings together clinical experience, restorative bodywork, movement, nervous system support, and regenerative technology.

A woman with curly dark hair and pink lipstick smiles, resting her chin on her hand with nails painted pink, wearing a blue teardrop earring.

Autumn earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2015 and began working as a travel therapist the following year.

Her work took her across geriatrics, pediatrics, post-acute rehabilitation, developmental disabilities, and home health. Working with people from ages 1 to 105 gave her experience with an extraordinary range of bodies, conditions, environments, and stages of life.

Over time, her approach expanded beyond simply asking where something hurts. She became increasingly interested in how movement, function, stress, the nervous system, daily life, and physical symptoms influence one another.

Her philosophy

The body is a system, not a collection of parts.

Today, Autumn combines occupational therapy, hands-on restorative techniques, movement, craniosacral therapy, and regenerative technology to create care around each individual.

Her goal isn't to impose a predetermined protocol. It's to listen, assess, and determine what may help the person in front of her move and function more comfortably.
